Junior Accountant

rgr partners is a fast‑growing, family‑run practice with 35 staff across Claregalway, Loughrea and Athlone. We combine big‑firm standards with a personal, supportive training environment, giving graduates exposure to a wide range of services from day one.

You’ll train as part of a collaborative team, gain hands‑on experience across audit, accounts, tax and advisory, and complete your Chartered Accountants Ireland exams with full study support.

Daily Responsibilities include;

• Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and companies
• Tax compliance including VAT, payroll and corporation tax
• Client communication and support on day‑to‑day queries
• Bookkeeping and reconciliations using cloud‑based systems
• Company secretarial tasks and CRO filings

Training & Support;

• Fully funded Chartered Accountants Ireland training contract
• Paid study leave, exam fees and course materials
• In‑house technical training across audit, tax and accounting
• Mentorship from qualified accountants and managers
• Regular performance feedback and structured development plan
