Junior / Graduate Quantity Surveyor

The Junior / Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the following:

• Managing day-to-day cost control on-site
• Identifying and collating change management information for the Senior Commercial Team
• Assisting with cost planning and producing information required for regular cost reports
• Liaising with Senior Management on financial matters
• Liaising with Site Team in relation to procurement and ensuring commercial elements are captured correctly.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following:

• Strong skills in understanding Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in assisting with Subcontract Management and Cost Planning
• Ability to generate accurate and timely information for Cost Reports
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Any experience in the construction or consultancy industry would be advantageous
• A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
