Junior/ Graduate Surveyor
Champion Surveyors is a Dundalk-based building
surveying and energy consultancy, established in 2020.
Since then, the company has developed into a
well-established practice delivering a wide range of residential and technical
surveying services across the Leinster region, including BER assessments, home
energy assessments, technical surveys and compliance reporting.
As part of our continued expansion, we are
seeking to recruit an additional Surveyor to join our team.
Role
Overview
The successful candidate will carry out a
range of surveying and assessment work, including:
- BER Assessments
- Technical & Home Energy Assessments
- Condition Surveys
- Pre-Purchase Surveys
- Part L Compliance Reports
Our office is based in Dundalk and the role
involves a combination of office-based work and site visits, with travel
required to properties across the Leinster region, typically 2 days on site and
3 days office-based depending on the type of surveys being carried out.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Building Surveying, Engineering,
Architectural Technology, or Construction Studies - Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
Desirable
(Not Essential)
- Knowledge of Domestic BER Assessments
- FETAC Level 6 in Domestic Building Energy Ratings
Full training will be provided for the right
candidate.
