Ireland is a specialist roofing contractor delivering flat roofing,
architectural cladding, metal roofing and conservation roofing projects across
Ireland. We are seeking a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our
commercial team. This is primarily an office-based role near Navan, Co. Meath,
with occasional site visits. The role offers an excellent opportunity for
someone with Quantity Surveying knowledge to develop within a busy specialist
contractor.

The Role

· 
Assisting with tenders, pricing
and procurement

· 
Measuring from drawings and
project documents

· 
Reviewing specifications and
contract information

· 
Liaising with suppliers and
subcontractors

· 
Supporting valuations,
variations and cost tracking

· 
Assisting with subcontractor
accounts

· 
Supporting the commercial
management of live projects

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will ideally have
previous Quantity Surveying experience, QS placement experience, or be studying
towards a Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics qualification.

We are looking for someone who is
organised, accurate with figures, motivated, and eager to develop within a
supportive commercial team.

Requirements

Previous QS experience,
placement experience or relevant qualification desirable

Good understanding of
measurement, tendering, procurement and cost control

· 
Strong organisational and
communication skills

· 
Good attention to detail and
ability to work as part of a team

· 
Full driving licence preferred
