Role: Marketing & Communications Graduate

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Communications Graduate to join our team. As a Marketing & Communication Graduate, you will support the marketing team in developing and delivering communication strategies, creating digital and written content, and enhancing the company’s brand presence. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, social media management, digital engagement, and brand development.

Graduates will take part in our two-year graduate development programme, which will guide you through a semi-structured programme across various areas in our business in order to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills. Roadstone’s 2026 Graduate Programme will commence at the beginning of September 2026.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
  • Assist in creating digital content including social media, newsletters, and website materials.
  • Contribute to internal communication initiatives.
  • Support brand guidelines and brand-related projects.
  • Conduct market research to support campaign strategy.
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Support events, promotions, and corporate communications.

Candidates should possess:

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related field
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self-directed individual with a desire for personal, company, and group achievement.

Roadstone’s nationwide business includes the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of construction products including ready-mix concrete, aggregates, asphalt and macadam, mortar and plaster, concrete blocks and masonry, paving products, roof tiles and agricultural lime.
