Proveye is an agri and climate-tech company headquartered in Ireland. By combining AI-driven remote sensing with space, aerial, and field data, Proveye develops solutions that help farmers increase profitability while restoring ecosystems, reducing emissions, and supporting climate and biodiversity targets in the world’s grassland habitats. We are scaling commercially internationally and are seeking a motivated graduate Marketing Executive to support our growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to build a career in agri and climate tech marketing while working at the intersection of food security, climate resilience, and digital innovation.
You will support Proveye’s marketing and communications activities across digital, content, events and commercial campaigns — helping translate technical innovation into clear value propositions for a broad client base, which includes farmers, ag advisors, food processors, input providers, carbon removal project owners, natural asset investors and parametric insurance forms.
An interest in — or experience with — dairy and beef farming, grass-based systems, or regenerative agriculture is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Communications
• Develop blog posts, case studies, press releases and website content
• Support market-facing communications explaining pasture analytics, carbon sequestration, habitat restoration, regenerative agriculture, AI-driven remote sensing and general climate resilience benefits
• Assist in developing technical-to-commercial messaging for our target clients
• Manage and grow LinkedIn and other relevant social channels
2. Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Support product launches and partnership announcements
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and CRM updates
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
3. Market & Sector Research
• Research dairy, beef and climate policy trends across Ireland and the EU
• Monitor competitor activity in agri-tech and remote sensing
• Support development of sector-specific marketing materials (co-ops, advisory services, sustainability programmes)
4. Events & Stakeholder Engagement
• Assist with preparation for agricultural events, farm walks and industry conferences
• Help develop presentation materials and sales collateral
• Support partnership communications with advisory services and industry bodies
Candidate Profile
Essential requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Digital literacy (social media, content management, analytics tools, AI tools)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, market-friendly messaging
Highly Desirable
• Background in dairy or beef farming (family farm or industry experience)
• Understanding of grass-based production systems
• Interest in climate resilience, regenerative agriculture or sustainability
• Experience creating content for agricultural audiences
Personal Attributes
