What You Will Do
Year 1 Marketing Focus
- 6 months Brand Marketing
- 3 Months Shopper Marketing
- 3 Months Innovation / Procurement team
Year 2 Sales Team Focus
- 6 months Grocery business
- 6 months Wine / Healthcare business
Throughout the graduate program you could find yourself working on one or more of the following:
- Supporting brand team on Campaign development
- Competitor analysis
- Social media / online trends
- Agency briefing for new campaigns, projects or activations
- PR / Influencer programmes
- Preparation of customer sell-in presentations
- Event management (internal and external events)
- Trade Marketing Activation (in store campaigns/CRM)
- Briefing and liaise with agencies to develop assets for in-store, online and digital
- POS Development and activation
- Liaising with product development teams on new product ideas
- Consumer insights
- Experience with agency partners – media, creative, social, research etc
- Annual Customer Plans – collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver.
- Sell in Campaign Activation & NPD /EPD Launches
- Customer business planning
- Account management
- Portfolio management – pricing analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Honours degree in a relevant discipline - Marketing, Business etc.
- Eligible to work in Ireland
