The Role

A newly created graduate
position supporting the Director of Operations across reporting, compliance,
analytics, and strategic research. The role is office-based and analytical in
nature, working close to the operational centre of the business. Responsibilities
include:

Operations Reporting &
Systems

•      
Supporting and improving our weekly operations
reporting workbook, including progressing direct data export from our print MIS
(Tharstern) to reduce manual overhead

•      
Maintaining supply chain trackers covering vendor
performance, shipment status, and landed cost data for internal analysis

•      
Supporting quality issue tracking and root-cause
reporting across production and supply functions

Compliance & Quality
Documentation

•      
Assisting with ISO 9001 audit preparation and quality
management system documentation

•      
Providing data and administrative support for vendor
performance reviews and corrective action processes

 

 

 

Market Intelligence &
Strategic Research

•      
Conducting desk-based market and competitor research to
support internal strategic planning, including analysis of competitor
positioning, digital channel activity, and market trends across print and
packaging

•      
Monitoring and reporting on the digital platforms and
online presence of vendors, customers, and competitors for internal
benchmarking purposes

•      
Researching new product format opportunities and market
gaps to support new product development planning by the management team

•      
Compiling and presenting research outputs in structured
reports for review by the Director of Operations


What We’re Looking For

•      
A Level 6+ (NFQ) qualification or equivalent in Supply
Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related discipline

•      
Graduated within the last 4 years; eligible to work in
Ireland and liable to pay income tax within the EEA

•      
Strong Excel and data-handling skills; comfort working
with structured data and reporting tools

•      
Analytical mindset with an attention to detail — able
to identify patterns and inconsistencies in data

•      
Capable written communicator — able to translate
research and data into clear summaries for a management audience

•      
Self-directed and organised; comfortable working in a
small team where priorities shift and independent judgement is expected
