Paid Reception Internship in Trieste, Italy

• Our collaborator is a hostel in the centre of Trieste, they have 240 beds on 7 floors, and there is a bar with a courtyard and a rooftop bar.They are searching for a person that wants to work in a young team, is willing to interact with the guests, and is a real team player.
  
  

  Tasks

  • Front office;
  • Reception: interact with guests, and guest check-in;
  • Back office;
  • Answer e-mails, and phone calls.

  Requirements

  • The intern needs to have a good level of English, preferably Italian / German as well.
  • Good use of computer and inclined to learn how to use the software on the PC
  • Good inclination to work in a team, outgoing, extrovert, and welcoming towards the guests.
  • Needs to be a EU Passport Holder

  Conditions

  • Free accommodation in a shared dorm.

  • Remuneration frrom €200/ month.
  • Starting from September.

  Internship hours: 40 hours/week
