Position: Talent Agency InternLocation: Harold’s Cross, Dublin
Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Agents: Assist the team in day-to-day activities, providing administrative support and helping to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication Management: Answer and screen phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain professional communication with clients, casting directors, and industry professionals.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and organise our internal database with the latest information on clients, projects, and auditions.
  • Calendar Organization: Manage and organize calendars for both agents and clients, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings, auditions, and other industry-related events.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and agents, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
  • Social Media and Website: Keep on top of updating our social media and website.
  • General Office Support: Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and other duties as needed to maintain an efficient office environment.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and talent representation.
  • Minimum qualification Leaving cert.
