Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Shopify & Web) Fully Remote & Flexible Hours

We are looking for a digital marketer - ideally a 3rd/4th year undergraduate or MSc
student - to step in and take full ownership of our e-commerce channels.

This is the ultimate
launchpad for a student or recent graduate. You will run real ad campaigns,
manage our Shopify store, build our international audience, and gain direct
e-commerce experience. If you perform well and hit target KPIs, this role has direct scope to transition into a
full-time position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meta
  Advertising:
  Build, launch, and optimise conversion campaigns across Facebook &
  Instagram for our growing global customer base.
• Shopify
  Email Marketing:
  Set up and refine essential automated flows and run targeted newsletter
  campaigns.
• Shopify Web
  Management & Design: Keep our online store updated, add new product
  listings, optimise conversion rates, and update site content as new gear
  drops.
• Global
  E-Commerce Expansion: Manage campaigns targeted at strength athletes/gyms across
  Ireland, the UK, Europe, and international markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Core
  Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign
  structures, and e-commerce fundamentals.
• Content
  & Ad Creation:
  Practical ability to create Instagram ads, swap/edit product images, and
  produce engaging ad visual assets (e.g., using Canva, Photoshop, or
  similar).
