Part-Time Sales Administrator (Construction / Retrofit)

About the Company

Homeology has been
established since 2021 as a Deep retrofit supplier. Our service is delivered by
trained specialists and at present we mainly deliver services in the Dublin and
North East region. Since the company began, it has developed and expanded and
we now have an active staff complement of over 15 which includes field staff
and administrative support and this figure is set to grow. Homeology has
established a reputation as a provider of a quality service.

About The Role

As Homeology Sales and Marketing Admin you will help us to provide a
better customer service by providing support for day to day sales enquiries and
help keep our sales process organised and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

·        
Managing
incoming customer enquires by email and phone and adding them to our CRM.

·        
Schedule Sales
meetings with customers and our sales staff.

·        
Initial
Call to customers on all enquires into the business.

·        
Manage our CRM
and keep it up to date at all stages.

·        
Provide quotes
for services we provide and follow up on same.

·        
Assist with social
media accounts and general Marketing Tasks

·        
Manage and
update company website with new information and blog posts.

·        
Liase with
printers to manage production of printed materials as needed.

·        
General Admin
Tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

·        
Experience in admin, customer service, or sales support
role

·        
Good communication and phone manner

·        
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

·        
Comfortable following up with customers

·        
Excellent IT skills (email, systems, social media)

·        
Interest in construction or retrofit is an advantage
