Pfizer Graduate Programme - Dublin

Applications are currently open for up to three ring-fenced positions for graduates with disabilities on the Pfizer Graduate Programme based onsite at Grange Castle, Dublin. These positions are for 23.5 months and will be commencing in September 2026. The 23.5 month Graduate Programme in Grange Castle consists of three rotation blocks where you will get experience in different functions throughout the business

Applicants are required to either hold a degree in a relevant discipline like Science / Engineering, e.g. Electrical/Electronics, Automation/Mechatronics, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Chemistry or similar.

Please note that Computer Science is not applicable for this Graduate Programme.

Applicants are expected to qualify before the start date September 2026.
