At The Fresh Breath Clinic, we are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager with dental nursing skills to join our team.
We are looking for the right person who is innovative, organised, and enthusiastic, with a passion for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the team, maintaining efficient workflows, and helping the practice grow.
Key Responsibilities • Managing the rota and working schedules for our surgeries to ensure smooth operations • Supporting marketing of our treatments and services • Organising clinic social events for both the team and patients • Ensuring recalls and appointment books are well managed, busy, and profitable • Stepping in to assist as receptionist or dental nurse when staff are on annual leave or absent • Treatment coordination and supporting patient journeys • Handling referrals and patient communications • Updating the practice website and social media channels • Supporting progressive advertising and promotion of clinic services
