First introduced in 1996, our International Associate Program (J1 Visa 18-month training) has evolved to become one of the most prestigious hospitality trainings in the world. Our program grants you exposure to the systems and standards that have made The Breakers a leader among luxury lodging organizations. It’s also a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience and better understand American culture and work in the heart of beautiful Palm Beach.
The Breakers Palm Beach was designated as an Exchange Visitor Program Sponsor in 1999. There are no agencies fees associated with our program.
Tailoring our curriculum to the needs of each trainee, our program aims to achieve the following:
