Éire Dialogue is a Dublin-based nonprofit organisation promoting intercultural and interfaith dialogue, education, community engagement, and human rights.
We are looking for two motivated coordinators to support our growing community and media projects. These roles are suitable for students or recent graduates interested in nonprofit work, social cohesion, communications, media, public engagement, and community development.
Role 1: Community Projects Coordinator
The Community Projects Coordinator will support Éire Dialogue’s events, outreach, and community engagement work.
Main Tasks
- Support the planning and coordination of community projects and events
- Help with outreach to community groups, universities, NGOs, and local partners
- Assist projects such as Project Neighbours, The Common Ground, and dialogue events
- Research potential partner organisations and community groups
- Support email communication, event preparation, and follow-up
- Attend selected meetings, events, and community visits where possible
Role 2: Social Media & Podcast/YouTube Coordinator
The Social Media & Podcast/YouTube Coordinator will support Éire Dialogue’s digital storytelling, online presence, and the Dialogue in Action podcast/YouTube project.
Main Tasks
- Help plan and create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Support the development of the Dialogue in Action podcast/YouTube project
- Assist with guest research, topic ideas, interview preparation, and episode planning
- Help record, organise, edit, or publish short-form video and podcast content
- Write captions, short scripts, promotional text, and episode summaries
- Support basic content scheduling and audience engagement

For the Community Projects Coordinator, experience or interest in community work, event support, outreach, or administration would be helpful.
For the Social Media & Podcast/YouTube Coordinator, experience or interest in content creation, video editing, podcasting, social media, or storytelling would be helpful.
