Project Lead – Site & Technical

Location: Mainly Dublin-based with some national project travel

Hours: Full-time | Early Friday finish (4PM)

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

We’re now looking for a Project Lead– Site & Technical to support the smooth execution of these projects from pre-site planning right through to final handover.

Your Day-to-Day


As Project Lead, you’ll be the link between the design, site, and project teams-keeping work flowing, standards high, and communication crystal clear.


  1. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate site activity

  2. Support the setup and delivery of works packages across civils and fencing scopes

  3. Review drawings, submittals, and site surveys; flag potential issues early

  4. Track deliveries, plan logistics, and monitor progress on-site

  5. Maintain clear site documentation and reporting (daily logs, photos, updates)

  6. Ensure health & safety procedures are being followed

  7. Work alongside the Contracts Manager and installation teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

  8. Contribute to pricing and scheduling when required


What You Bring


  1. Relevant construction, engineering, or technical background

  2. Previous experience in civils, groundworks, landscaping, or external construction packages

  3. Strong working knowledge of site operations and reading technical drawings

  4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

  5. A proactive mindset and the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and problem-solve in real time

  6. Computer literacy for site tracking, scheduling, and reporting

  7. A team player who’s open to learning and contributing across disciplines
