Niaron ltd are looking for a proactive and driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction, civil engineering, utilities and commerical projects team . Operating within a fast- paced business, this roles offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all aspects of quantity surveying. A successful candidate will take on a high level of responsibility from the outset, working closely with the CTO , contracts managers and project teams to support the management of projects 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions with support from the wider team
• Take responsibility for measuring and valuing works across multiple projects
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to identify cost implications
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify completed works 
• Support overall project delivery ensuring works are completed on time and within budget 
• Maintain clear and organised commerical and contractual records
