Quantity Surveyor
Niaron ltd are looking for a proactive and driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction, civil engineering, utilities and commerical projects team . Operating within a fast- paced business, this roles offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all aspects of quantity surveying. A successful candidate will take on a high level of responsibility from the outset, working closely with the CTO , contracts managers and project teams to support the management of projects
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions with support from the wider team
- Take responsibility for measuring and valuing works across multiple projects
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting
- Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to identify cost implications
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify completed works
- Support overall project delivery ensuring works are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain clear and organised commerical and contractual records

- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to take responsibility and learn quickly in a hands-on role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic project software
- Full driving Licence
- Safe Pass
