Suir Engineering are currently taking applications for our 2026 Graduate Programme.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Quantity Surveying Graduates to join our 18-month Graduate Programme. At Suir Engineering, graduates are central to our future, and we invest heavily in your training, development, and career growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of large-scale construction projects, receive support from a dedicated Mentor, and be exposed to different areas of the business.

Our Graduate Programme

In addition to on-the-job experience, we also provide some specialized programmes for our Graduate Trainees:

  • Soft Skills Modules – communication/presentation skills
  • Business Modules – learn how different parts of our business work
  • Business Project
  • Site Visits

What you will be doing?

  • Assisting the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with relevant project cost management activities
  • Providing support to the Construction Team on all QS functions
  • Attending all handover meetings
  • Following up contract documents, ensuring they are acceptable and signed
  • Following up on the required bond to ensure it is issued
  • Ensuring relevant insurance is in place, including respective subcontractors
  • Scheduling interim valuation dates for assigned projects
  • Projecting cash flows for assigned projects

Is this Graduate Program for me?

  • A Level 8 or equivalent bachelor’s degree
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Flexibility to work on different sites and relocate if required
