About Rugbytots
Rugbytots is Ireland's leading rugby-themed play programme for children aged 2 to 7, delivering fun, active, and confidence-building classes in communities across the country every weekend. We're growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our team.
The Role
• Head Coach — leading weekly Rugbytots classes for young children in your local area
• Part-time work, every Saturday and Sunday
• Positions available across Ireland — find a location near you
• A fun, active, hands-on role coaching rather than a desk job
Pay
€15 – €25 per hour, depending on coaching experience.
What You'll Get
• Garda Vetted: Garda Vetting arranged and covered as part of your onboarding
• Additional Training: access to Paediatric First Aid Certification training, at no cost to you
• Relevant Experience: hands-on childcare and coaching experience that's especially valuable if you're studying to become a teacher, or working towards a career in education, sport, or childcare
• Flexible Part-Time Work: consistent weekend hours that fit around study, college, or other commitments
Who We're Looking For
• Energetic, reliable people who enjoy working with young children
• Available on Saturdays and/or Sundays
• Previous coaching, teaching, childcare, or sports experience is an advantage but not essential — full training is provided
• Students studying education, sports science, or a related field are especially encouraged to apply
