Sales & Accounts Administrator
The Sales & Accounts Administrator will support both the sales and accounts functions within the business. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Limerick city.
The role will involve preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and following up on client enquiries in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will also assist with day-to-day accounts administration.
The Sales & Accounts Administrator will respond to client queries, liaise with internal teams and contribute to accurate monthly reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to schools and education partners.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and issuing quotations to clients
Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
Following up on client enquiries professionally and efficiently
Supporting accurate billing and monthly reporting
Responding to client queries and resolving account-related issues
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth client service
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information
Qualifications and Skills
Strong foundational skills in finance and accounting
Ability to work accurately with numbers and financial data
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Relevant qualification or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
