Role Overview

We're looking for a small number of ambitious graduates to join our Sales Graduate Programme at BYD West Dublin and become the next generation of leaders in the business.

What the Programme Looks Like

Months 1–12 - Foundations

Structured induction across the group. Learn how a dealership actually runs: sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, CRM. Shadow our top performers. Complete your core sales training and your first BYD Academy modules.

12 Months - On the Floor

Your own desk, your own customers, your own targets, with a named mentor beside you from day one. Continue through the BYD Academy to full product certification. Monthly coaching and quarterly reviews ensure you always know where you stand.

Graduation

Complete the programme, and you're a fully qualified Kearys Sales Executive with a clear path to Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, and Sales Manager.

We promote from within; our Sales Manager Matthew Doyle started on this programme, and he now runs the BYD Dublin West showroom.

What You'll Learn

• Professional sales — how to build trust, handle objections, and close
• BYD Academy — full manufacturer product and EV certification
• Our systems — Eskimo CRM, CitNow video, CDK, Power BI
• Modern digital retailing — online leads, video, social selling
• AI tools for lead handling and follow-up, aiming to lead the Irish motor industry on AI, and you'll be part of that
• Presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills that travel with you for life

Who We're Looking For

• Genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Competitive, resilient, coachable
• Comfortable with tech and quick to learn new systems
• Full clean driving licence
• Ambition to be earning €60k+ within two years and running a showroom within five years
