- Graduate Process Systems Engineer
- Team: Process Engineering
- Reports to: Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager
About the Role
The successful candidate is expected to perform across various areas of the business. Responsibilities include playing a leading role in a dynamic Operations team that delivers daily support to the depot Managers. The candidate will work with a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and deliver best-in-class service to the business to minimize the impact of downtime on daily operations. Opportunities to improve processes and systems in all Uniphar facilities should be identified. The role focuses on continuous improvement and process optimization throughout the warehouse, including applications, associated processes, workflows, and functionalities while minimizing/removing non-value-added activities. Candidates will lead internal projects and cross-departmental projects focused on meeting quick deadlines with high-quality outputs, establishing metrics to monitor each project's performance, and understanding the benefits to the organization.
Rotations (if applicable)
This role may involve up to three rotations across areas including Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Quality. Final rotation assignments will align with business needs. Each rotation will include clear responsibilities, a learning plan, and project deliverables.

- Build foundational knowledge of systems, tools, and processes.
- Deliver assigned reports and tasks accurately and on time.
- Contribute to team projects and process improvements.
- Objectives will be defined during onboarding and refined as priorities evolve.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Data analysis skills
- Experience across the MS suite of applications
- Some SAP/systems knowledge would be preferable
- Clear communication skills
- Organized with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Eligibility to work in the relevant jurisdiction
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum Honors Degree in Engineering or Science related course
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages, AutoCAD, SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Candidate must be team-oriented with the ability to work in cross-functional teams to accomplish goals set by the business
- Results oriented – must be able to take projects to completion
- Quality oriented
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
