Design: Undertake site surveys, interpret technical drawings and ensure
construction aligns with project plans and specifications. - On-Site Supervision: Direct and coordinate daily
activities, manage the flow of materials and equipment, and ensure
subcontractors follow drawings and quality standards. - Quality & Safety: Monitor and maintain
quality standards for all construction activities, ensuring compliance
with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Project Management: Track project progress
against timelines and budgets, prepare site reports, and maintain detailed
daily site diaries and records. - Problem-Solving: Address and resolve
technical issues and challenges that arise on the construction site. - Coordination &
Communication: Liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and other team
members to ensure smooth project execution. - Documentation: Manage as-built drawings
and prepare monthly project performance inputs and cost control reports.
