Site Engineer
Cleantech Civils are currently recruiting for a site engineer in Galway.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage material requisitions and GRNs; maintain site records and progress photos
-
Lead daily JSSP briefings and ensure compliance with permits (e.g., breaking ground, WAH), RAMS, and lift plans)
-
Conduct site inductions and excavation inspections (AF3)
Quality & Setting Out:
-
Perform setting out using Total Station and laser equipment.
-
Coordinate testing (concrete cubes, plate bearing) and pre-pour checks.
-
Monitor ducting and pipework quality, testing, and documentation.
-
Maintain as-built drawings and waste records.
Requirements
-
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar)
-
Site engineering experience with strong setting out skills
-
Knowledge of H&S regulations and site processes
-
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Project
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Valid safe pass
The Package:
