Student Ambassador Application - Open Day 2026 - Sat, Oct 10 8.00am - 4.00pm

Dear Students, 
The UCC Open Day is the biggest event of the university year, and we’re looking for enthusiastic current students to join our Student Recruitment Team to help make it a success!   
With over 9,000 attendees expected, this is a fantastic opportunity to share your unique student perspective, gain valuable experience, and earn money while representing UCC.   

Roles include:

• Welcoming and guiding attendees
• Distributing schedules and campus maps
• Leading tours of key areas (e.g. Library, Mardyke, Brookfield)
• Supporting event zones both indoors and outdoors
• Answering general questions and sharing your student experience

Pay: €14.43 per hour

Training: No experience needed – paid training will be provided in advance of the event. If you’re friendly, reliable, and passionate about UCC, we’d love to have you on board! A good knowledge of the various UCC Campuses is required as helping folks to get from A to B is a critical part of the role.
