Catalyx are seeking a Supervisor to oversee
our team who are based on a customer site in Longford.

teams to support the advancement of customer operations.

Responsibilities:

·      
Lead, supervise and support a
team of up to 14 Production Operatives within a newly established production
team.

·      
Act as a hands-on leader,
working alongside the team while providing day-to-day direction, guidance and
support.

·      
Carry out assembly and
manufacturing duties alongside the production team, following work
instructions, specifications and established procedures.

·      
Promote a positive team culture
through open communication, collaboration and recognition.

·      
Support the team in meeting
daily production schedules, quality standards and operational targets.

·      
Lead by example in promoting a
safe working environment.

·      
Drive team performance through
effective communication and engagement, ensuring each team member understands
their role and contribution.

·      
Monitor team performance and
facilitate regular one-to-one meetings, coaching and performance reviews.

·      
Monitor and manage team time
and attendance.

·      
Implement company change
initiatives effectively and support team members throughout periods of change.

·      
Ensure team compliance with all
company policies, procedures and standards.

·      
Prepare production metrics,
status updates and reports, escalating issues and risks to the FSP Director as
appropriate.

·      
Comply with and ensure
adherence to all health and safety requirements, safe systems of work and PPE
requirements.

 

Requirements:

·      
Previous team lead/ supervisory
experience required.

·      
Experience in manufacturing,
construction, or similar work is desired but not essential.

·      
Basic knowledge of safe working
practices is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

·      
Ability to follow instructions
and established processes consistently.

·      
Willingness to learn new skills
across a range of production tasks.

·      
Strong attention to safety and
quality.

·      
Reliable, punctual, and
committed to doing work to a high standard.

·      
Good communication and teamwork
skills.

·      
Physically fit and comfortable
with manual handling tasks.

·      
Forklift or machinery
experience is an advantage but not required.
