- Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates, particularly within R&D, engineering, and key support functions to support long-term hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing, advising on best practices for talent engagement, channel selection, and messaging.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray searching, data mining, and targeted outreach to engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to provide insights into talent availability, compensation trends, and location strategies.
- Share actionable market intelligence to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Leverage sourcing platforms, CRM tools, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) to manage candidate data and pipelines.
- Stay updated on emerging sourcing technologies and recommend tools to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyse sourcing performance metrics (e.g., time-to-source, response rates, pipeline conversion) to continuously improve strategies.
- Work effectively within a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills; mentorship and employer branding experience are advantageous.
