Ignite
Ignite is the firm’s three-year development programme for trainee solicitors and marks the first stage of your career journey with ALG. As a trainee solicitor, you are encouraged to take ownership of your development and maximise every opportunity available to you.
We understand that being an excellent lawyer goes beyond legal knowledge alone. That’s why our three-year Ignite programme supports your development across legal, business, people, and communication skills, essential for becoming a successful corporate lawyer. This development takes place across three progressive phases, aligned with each stage of your traineeship. In each phase of your traineeship, you will build and practice your skills in these areas, ensuring a well-rounded and impactful learning experience.
Who can apply
Our Trainee Solicitor Programme is open to graduates from all academic disciplines who are final-year undergraduates, postgraduates, and those who have successfully obtained a third-level degree qualification.
