- Work closely with investment advisors, financial planners, and specialist teams to understand how tailored wealth-management solutions are designed and delivered.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of client situations, helping you understand how investment, tax, estate, and succession-planning considerations come together to support long-term financial wellbeing.
- Contribute to research projects, market analysis, and business initiatives that support the continued evolution of Goodbody's wealth-management offering.
- Build confidence communicating with clients, colleagues, and professional advisers, developing the interpersonal and relationship-management skills that are essential to long-term success.
- Take increasing responsibility for your work as your experience grows, receiving coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to support your professional development.
You will have access to on-the-job learning, regular feedback, a dedicated buddy, networking opportunities, and support for relevant professional development. You will also be placed on an educational pathway via the Institute of Bankers (IOB) that enables you to become a qualified Wealth Advisor at the end of the programme.
