Cognitive Behaviour Therapy & Motivational Interviewing for Practice - Waterford
The programme is of particular interest to those working in health related fields including mental health nursing, social care, addiction services and voluntary organisations. CBT is widely utilised for a range of psychological difficulties, namely anxiety and depression.
Cognitive and behavioural treatments are also among the most extensively evaluated of psychosocial interventions for alcohol and drug misuse. The MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) for Practice has a strong focus on developing and enhancing the practitioners’ skills, whilst also setting the interventions within a wider service need perspective.
