This programme guides students through the process of conducting educational leadership research and is designed to empower both experienced and aspiring school leaders in their career and across their lifespan. The programme provides students with the prerequisite knowledge and skills to seek out evidence vital to decision making processes whilst creating a space for their creation of new knowledge based on student-led research projects.
This programme will provide aspiring and established leaders with a research informed perspective on organisational leadership in education.

Entry requirements
Applicants should have successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma (NFQ Level 9) in School Leadership or equivalent with at least a second-class honour, grade 2 (2:2).
You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
The university may shortlist and invite you to an interview.
