Education in Teaching & Learning - Waterford

The MEd in Teaching and Learning is a part-time programme aimed at teachers, lecturers, training and education professionals who wish to enhance their knowledge and repertoire of teaching methodologies.

*Other Electives may be available subject to viability.

Please Note: Participants may choose to study the mandatory modules and 3 elective modules to graduate with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Learning (60 credits).

Entry requirements

•An Honours Degree (level 8) or equivalent

•Access to an educational and/or training environment, where research may be carried out

•Applicants whose first language is not English must submit evidence of competency in English. Please see SETU Waterford's English Language Requirements for details.

Part-time Schedule:

Progression and Career Opportunities
On successful completion of the MEd in Teaching & Learning, graduates may progress to doctoral studies at SETU Waterford or another Higher Education Institution subject to meeting the specific entry criteria.
