University of Limerick
Human Resource Management
This programme is a double degree variant of UL’s full time MSc in HRM and is offered in partnership with the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) in Spain.
This is a double degree version of the MSc. in HRM programme where students spend their first semester in UL, then study at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in the Spring semester, before completing their dissertation with UL in the summer. At the end of their studies, students receive both UL’s MSc. in HRM degree and UC3M’s Master in HRM.
Graduates will develop the competencies required to lead transformational change, globalisation, sustainability, digitalisation, diversity and inclusion, balance operational and strategic issues and manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
The modules delivered on both programmes (in Limerick & Madrid) focus on equipping students with the core knowledge and theory underpinning effective people management.
Key Fact:
UL’s MSc in HRM is one of the top HRM programmes in Ireland and is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). UC3M’s Master in HRM was ranked #1 in Spain by El Mundo in 2024.
