Students also learn to recognise engagement as an “outcome” and to develop employee engagement and motivation as a key strategic initiative to drive employee performance, accomplishment, and continuous improvement.

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Extended Campus reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.

Classes are delivered using a hybrid approach involving a combination of pre-course reading, pre-recorded classes, live and onsite classes.
