Nursing - Professional Nursing - Waterford
This Postgraduate Diploma is a National programme and is fully approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). It is for NMBI registered, experienced nurses who hold a level 8 qualification or equivalent and wish to develop their knowledge, skills and competencies at NFQ Level 9. Its aim is to provide an accessible, innovative, flexible and practice orientated sustainable educational experience that will attract and retain nurses who will work within an integrated health service. HSE staff may be eligible to apply for funding through their local NMPDU

Entry requirements
Be a registered Nurse with NMBI, currently employed in health care provision and hold a level 8 qualification.
* Applicants who do not have a level 8 qualification may apply for entry to the programme in accordance with the procedures outlined in the SETU Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policy

1 contact day per week: online approx. 9 days per semester; onsite approx. 3 days per semester
