The Future Entrepreneur Undergraduate of the Year Award, sponsored by Allianz Ireland, celebrates students who demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and creativity. We’re looking for future leaders who can turn ideas into action, adapt to challenges and make a positive impact on people, communities and the world around them.

What makes an Award winner?

A winner of the Future Entrepreneur Award is someone who shows more than just ambition - they show action. They think creatively, solve problems with resilience, and keep people at the heart of their ideas.  

The winner will demonstrate how they have applied entrepreneurial thinking in real-life situations and how this mindset will help them make a difference in the future. Above all, they embody the Allianz values of innovation, adaptability and putting people first.

We are thrilled to offer a position on our award-winning Graduate Programme.

The Allianz Graduate Programme spans three years and comprises four dynamic rotations within Allianz. Throughout the Programme, you will embark on three rotations at Allianz Ireland and one international rotation with one of our global affiliates.

We offer two distinct graduate pathways tailored to your background: General Insurance and Data and Analytics. Both pathways will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your chosen field and make a significant impact within our organisation.
