During your time in the programme you will be given every opportunity to reach your full potential and gain invaluable experience across our global network setting you on the path for success

Collaboration, Inclusivity and Flexibility are part of everything we do at Allianz. Both our Graduate Programmes will consist of four rotations, including a Secondment to one of our international offices. You will also be supported in gaining your insurance qualifications in year one, facilitating your progression within Allianz.

The General Insurance Graduate Programme is a three-year programme where graduates will have the opportunity to work in operational areas such as Sales, Market Management, Compliance and Organisational Development.

The Data & Analytics Graduate Programm e is a three-year programme where graduates will rotate between the technical functions of Allianz, such as Claims, Data Insights, Actuarial, Underwriting and Portfolio Underwriting.

Graduates in both programmes will gain invaluable cross-functional experience through multiple rotations, including full sponsorship of insurance qualifications and the opportunity to work in one of our international offices.
