Our award-winning Graduate Programmes are designed to accelerate your development while building a robust network of colleagues dedicated to supporting your personal and professional growth. Throughout your time in the programme, you will be given every opportunity to reach your full potential and gain invaluable experience across our global network, setting you on the path to success.

At Allianz, collaboration, inclusivity, and flexibility are integral to everything we do. Both of our Graduate Programmes consist of four rotations, including a secondment to one of our international offices. You will also receive support in gaining your insurance qualifications in the first year, facilitating your progression within Allianz. 

We also believe that mentorship is a key component of professional growth and development. During your first year in the Graduate Programme, you will benefit from a comprehensive mentorship initiative designed to enhance your learning experience. Each graduate is paired with an experienced mentor who will provide personalized guidance, support, and insights into the industry.

• Data Analytics Graduate Programme:  A three-year programme for those passionate about turning data into insight, solving complex problems and exploring the cutting edge of AI, analytics and technology. 
• General Insurance Graduate Programme: A three-year programme for those eager to build a career in a dynamic, customer-focused business, driving innovation and shaping the future of insurance.

• A three-year structured development journey with four tailored rotations across key business areas
