Deloitte has 280 new graduate positions across the company and across Ireland. 

The graduate positions are available in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Belfast and Galway. There is a diverse range of opportunities across a number of service areas and graduates can join one of eight programmes - audit & assurance, tax, consulting, corporate finance, risk advisory, technology consulting, actuarial reward & analytics, and the apprentice solicitor programme. Deloitte’s graduate programme was recognised most recently in April of this year when the firm was named Graduate Employer of the Year at the gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards 2018.

To help decide which of our graduate programmes might be of most interest, Deloitte have developed FIND YOUR FIT, a new online assessment tool to help graduates discover what type of work might suit them best.

In fact, Deloitte toasted quadruple success at this year’s gradireland Awards, winning not only Graduate Employer of the Year, but also the Best Innovation on Campus award. The firm also received the silver award in the Best Graduate Training and Development Programme category and the bronze award in the Best Graduate Recruitment Website category.

Deloitte has recruited a variety of graduates in the past two years – those with business degrees, but also people with science, IT, engineering, music and arts degrees. So, it’s fair to say that the people who work at Deloitte come from a variety of different backgrounds.
