Our goal is to help you grow into the best version of yourself.

Our Graduate Programme – starting 1st September 2026

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed for diverse, high-potential graduates with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn fast in a changing world. You’ll join a multi-skilled squad, working together and individually on real business projects. Our goal is to build the right skills for the right roles through project-based learning and agile delivery, all while contributing fresh thinking to the business.

Enterprise Agile at Three

We’re transforming how we work through Enterprise Agile, a model that replaces hierarchy with cross-functional squads and tribes focused on outcomes. Squads work in short, focused sprints, making faster decisions, cutting out bureaucracy, and driving innovation. It’s not just a process, it’s a mindset focused on value creation and outcomes. You’ll be part of a culture where you’re closer to the customer, encouraged to experiment, learn, and deliver real impact.

How You’ll Learn & Grow

  • Performance Coach – will help you unlock your potential and build agility.
  • Mentor – will help you gain insights, experience, and guidance.
  • Cross-functional exposure – you will collaborate across business areas.
  • Tailored learning – agile certifications, technical and leadership development.
  • Cohort-wide challenges – solve live business problems as a Graduate Squad.

You’ll develop skills in Agile frameworks, team facilitation, data-informed decision-making, and digital collaboration tools like Jira, and Confluence.
