Man screaming into a megaphone with a pink back drop

We're looking for people who want to make their careers count. We want positive, ambitious candidates with a knack for collaboration. We want energy, and an eagerness to learn from top talent.

Our story

We redefined the Irish mobile market when we launched in 2005. Now, after our acquisition of O2, almost €2 billion in investment and market-leading innovations, we carry more mobile data than any other mobile company in Ireland. To be Ireland’s best network, we need to recruit people who share our passion for innovation.

That’s where you come in!

Careers that count

We're looking for people who want to make their careers count. We want positive, ambitious candidates with a knack for collaboration. We want energy, and an eagerness to learn from the top talent in technology. You’ll learn, you’ll grow, and with expert mentoring and training you’ll do it in a way that’s always connected to real projects. You won’t be making the tea, you’ll be making decisions, creating change and building a better experience for our customers.

Our sponsorship of the Irish football team, 3Arena, Electric Picnic and Longitude also mean we're at the heart of Ireland's biggest events.

Training, events and projects

Training that matters

We don’t think learning should stop after college. That’s why we’ve put together a training and development plan that gives you the skills to excel at Three and beyond. You'll experience life at head office in the heart of Dublin and see first hand what makes Three tick.

You’ll work on daily tasks in your department as well as challenging projects, all with expert mentoring. Training happens year round, internal and external, and will give you the tools to reach your full potential. You'll also meet with Three directors and senior managers, and take part in special graduate activities. Your graduate champion will also be there to hear your feedback, and make sure you’re having a great Three experience.

Graduates will also experience opportunities to network and develop their abilities in teambuilding sessions, project management tutorials and offsite days at Longitude and Electric Picnic. And with CSR and business projects to tackle throughout there’s always a fresh challenge around the corner.

Perks galore

We’re happy when you’re happy because that’s when we do our best work together. Along with the usual great stuff like a competitive salary, pension, phone and fabulous colleagues, you'll be in with a chance to attend gigs at the Three Arena, go on team-building activities, and socialise on nights out. You might also win tickets to a festival or two. We also give every employee an annual paid volunteer day to help out the cause they care about most.
