At Musgrave, we’ve been Growing Good Business for 150 years — and our next chapter will be shaped by people like you. As Ireland’s largest private sector employer, we offer graduates the chance to build a meaningful career in a business that impacts communities every day. You’ll be trusted to learn, contribute and help define what Growing Good Business means for the future.

Musgrave supports thousands of retail and foodservice family businesses across Ireland. Through brands such as SuperValu, Centra, Daybreak, Frank and Honest and Musgrave MarketPlace, we help feed one in three people in Ireland every day.

That scale creates real opportunity. As a Musgrave Graduate, you’ll contribute to work that supports local communities, strengthens our business and helps shape long-term sustainable growth. Our values guide how we do that through honest relationships, trust, hard work and a commitment to doing the right thing.

Our AI and Automation teams explore how emerging technologies can help solve business challenges, improve processes and support better experiences for colleagues, retail partners and customers.

As an AI Graduate, you will work with business and technology teams to understand requirements, identify appropriate opportunities for AI and automation, and support the design, development and delivery of practical solutions. You will gain experience of the full solution lifecycle, from initial research and prototyping through to testing, implementation and continuous improvement.

You will work under the guidance of experienced colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, developers, business analysts, solution architects and security specialists. You will also learn how AI solutions are delivered responsibly, with appropriate consideration for data privacy, security, ethics, governance and regulatory requirements.

The role will provide broad exposure to AI and automation technologies while building your technical capability, commercial understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence in communicating technical concepts to different audiences.

Musgrave Institute – Where Futures Are Created

Through Musgrave Institute, you’ll be part of an award-winning Graduate Programme designed to help you understand your strengths, build your confidence and develop the skills to shape your future career.

Your development will include tailored learning, key experiences in your role, coaching, mentoring and bespoke graduate development days. You’ll also work on business projects and present your ideas to senior leaders at our Early Careers Summit, giving you the opportunity to make an impact and build your network from the start.
