About the Programme

As an Audit Graduate in Cork, you’ll join our Autumn 2027 intake on a 3.5-year training contract, working towards your chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications alongside a cohort of fellow graduates.

From day one, you’ll be part of a team, working with real clients and building an understanding of how businesses operate. Audit is about more than numbers - it’s about helping organisations build trust by making sure their financial information is accurate, reliable and meaningful.

You’ll work with some of Ireland’s most recognised businesses, including Aer Lingus, Barry's Tea, SMBC Aviation Capital, Irish Ferries and many more.

What it’s like to work here

A typical week might include:

• Collaborating with your team on client projects
• Engaging with clients and learning how businesses operate
• Developing technical and professional skills
• Receiving real-time coaching and feedback
• Studying chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for bright individuals who are ready to learn, bring energy to a team, and grow into a professional, client-facing role.

• Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
• On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
• Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars

You don’t need to come from one specific background - what matters most is your mindset, your potential and your willingness to learn.
