Audit
- Preparation of Statutory Financial Accounts and Statements: Assist in the preparation of statutory financial accounts and financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Play a key role in maintaining and developing professional relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the audit process.
- Financial Management Information: Provide clients with valuable financial management information, helping them understand their financial position and offering insights to support their business decisions.
- Support in Drafting Financial Statements: Contribute to the drafting of statutory financial statements, ensuring they reflect the true financial position of the client’s business and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Tax
- Corporate and Income Tax Compliance: Assist in the management of corporate and income tax compliance for clients, ensuring all filing deadlines are met and that tax obligations are accurately reported.
- Legislation Interpretation: Interpret and apply relevant tax legislation during the preparation of tax returns, ensuring that all calculations and claims are fully compliant with the law.
- Tax Planning and Research: Conduct research to identify potential tax planning issues and opportunities for clients, helping them optimise their tax positions and reduce liabilities where possible.
- Tax Return Preparation and Filing: Prepare and file tax returns for corporate and income taxes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to both local and international tax laws.
Corporate Governance
- Annual Returns Filing: Prepare and file annual returns, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met and that filings are accurate and timely.
- Board and Shareholder Meetings: Draft minutes for board and shareholder meetings, accurately capturing discussions and decisions to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Company Incorporation and Strike-offs: Assist in the incorporation of new companies, as well as the striking off of dormant companies, managing the entire process from documentation to final registration.
- Statutory Forms Filing: Prepare and file statutory forms with the Companies Registration Office in Dublin, Companies House in the UK, and the Isle of Man Company Registry, ensuring all filings comply with the relevant jurisdictions' requirements.
Risk & Advisory Services (RAS)
- Operational and Financial Internal Audits: Participate in the execution of operational and financial internal audit assignments, assessing the effectiveness of clients’ processes, systems, and controls.
- Process and Control Evaluation: Evaluate existing processes, systems, and controls, identifying any weaknesses or areas for improvement, and recommending remedial actions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Financial Control Reviews: Conduct financial control reviews to ensure that clients' financial practices align with best practices and regulatory standards, providing assurance on the integrity of financial reporting.
- Compliance Assessment: Assess clients' compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidance, ensuring that they meet all statutory obligations and minimize risk exposure.
- Cyber Security and IT Audits: Conduct client cyber security assessments and IT control audit assignments, assessing and advising on the design and effectiveness of clients’ security management, processes, systems, and controls.
