This role sits within Quest’s Identity & Security (IS) organisation, a critical growth engine responsible for pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue contribution across enterprise segments.

We are hiring high-calibre, commercially driven Fresh Graduate with German or Benelux/Nordics language skills to join as a Business Development Representative our growing EMEA IS team in Cork, supporting Quest’s Data and Security portfolios across strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA.

This is not a traditional BDR role.

The function is evolving—from high-volume outreach to high-signal, insight-led prospecting powered by AI, data, and buyer intent. We are building a team of modern, strategic hunters who combine outbound excellence with data fluency and commercial acumen.

You will play a critical role in enterprise pipeline generation, partnering closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid – Tue–Thu in office, Mon, Fri Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality pipeline for Strategic Sales across enterprise accounts (e.g., HSBC, Shell, Mars)
  • Own and convert inbound demand (60%) with speed, precision, and strong qualification
  • Execute targeted outbound (40%) using multi-channel approaches (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, events)
  • Build consultative, value-led conversations with senior stakeholders across IT, Data, Security, and business teams
  • Identify customer challenges and map them to Trusted Data, AI, and Cybersecurity solutions
  • Leverage intent data, trigger events, and buying signals to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach
  • Secure and schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales & Pre-Sales
  • Ensure rigorous qualification and clean opportunity handoff (MEDDIC)
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and IS leadership
  • Continuously refine messaging using market feedback, call insights, and conversion data

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German or Benelux/Nordics language
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Languages, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field. Graduates from other disciplines who demonstrate strong commercial curiosity, communication skills, and a passion for technology are also welcome.

In compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the base salary for this role starts from EUR 36,626 annually. Actual base salary will vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance. This role is also eligible to participate in a commission plan, with commission governed by a formal corporate compensation plan. Benefits are offered on a country-by-country basis.
