As a Business Executive Graduate, the role will be dynamic and fast paced, focusing on dealing with strategic and operational matters daily. You will help drive the delivery of business objectives supporting the Head of Division across a range of activities. This exciting role will work with key stakeholders at a senior level internally and externally at all levels, and therefore requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Along with having discretion in dealing with matters of a confidential nature, the successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent coordination skills, and be a proactive problem-solver. A high level of IT proficiency with MS office programmes (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, along with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, delivering within tight deadlines, and the ability to be flexible in the role in adjusting to rapid changes. This role is based at our Headquarters in Killarney. There will be a requirement for flexibility and travel to group companies. You will have regular one to ones with your manager to discuss your development and career.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exemplary customer service.
- Processing Sales Orders.
- Supporting relevant research, reporting, activities and project support requests in conjunction with the Head of Environmental and Site Managing Directors.
- Project Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis of projects to help identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate & assist in project planning and coordination activities.
- Generate regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and other relevant KPIs in conjunction with the site management team.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and skills to enable you to understand the business needs and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support the implementation of our ERP system to companies within the Water division.
- Support new acquisitions to transition to Tricel.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes, utilizing engineering methods.
- Drive Health and Safety culture across the Division.
- Any other duties that may arise.
Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant degree.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Aptitude to learning and showing initiative.
- Open to feedback and eager to develop.
