Through our Business and Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll be working at the intersection of technology, strategy and innovation – helping our clients to solve business challenges through data-driven insights, AI-powered transformation and applying new technologies. As a Management Consulting Analyst, you’ll transform the world’s leading companies and governments by designing and implementing innovative solutions. Perhaps you’ll use visual analytics to help a hotel chain identify opportunities for reducing their energy consumption. Or maybe, you’ll guide a healthcare client in the selection and application of new digital technologies. What remains the same is the tangible business value you’ll deliver to clients, whether it’s helping them to navigate growth and expansion, manage industry compliance, transform their business functions or increase cost efficiency. You’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them to address their most significant business issues. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you’ll develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client.

As a Technology Consulting Analyst, you can expect to be working directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will help drive and deliver business transformation, develop industry-leading specialist skills, and help transform our clients’ businesses. This will include designing, building testing and deploying strategic solutions to our client’s landscape. As a key member of project teams, you’ll work with our clients in a variety of roles, understanding their unique challenges and requirements, helping to formulate a plan of action and collaborating with both local and global Accenture teams to deliver innovative solutions. While being a Technology Analyst, your passion for technology will help you understand our clients’ biggest technological requirements, to help them to understand and successfully deliver complex technological solutions. You will also develop strong data literacy skills, which will allow you the ability to read, work with, analyse and communicate with data effectively. We’ll make sure you are kept up to speed with the latest technologies, innovations and delivery methodologies as well as developing new skills in business analysis, testing and project management.  We’ll also train you in the best delivery practices such as DevOps, Cloud, Agile, Generative AI & Accenture Delivery Methods. You will also get the opportunity to gain industry certifications across various technologies and delivery methodologies. There are various roles that you can do as a Graduate, these include but are not limited to Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Test Analyst, Project Manager, Project Management Analyst and Scrum Master.

We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines, with a minimum 2:1 degree result (obtained or predicted). You do not need to be technical to apply, but a STEM background can be beneficial. What matters most is a demonstrated passion for technology – whether shown through your academic studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities. We're looking for individuals who are eager to explore how technology and data are transforming the way businesses operate, regardless of their degree discipline.

As a Technology Consulting Analyst: We believe that your career is your adventure. All this training, experience and client exposure is focused on turning you into an expert in exploring how a client’s vision is achieved through using the latest technologies whilst developing and sustaining the skills our client's demand. What you know is what we can sell to our clients. So, we’ll invest in your development from your first day. And realising you need to be up-to-speed as soon as possible, we’ll make sure you have all the training you need. As well as an award-winning induction programme and a supportive graduate community within the Technology Analyst Group, you can look forward to mentoring from some of our most successful leaders. The training you’ll receive will be broad and practical. It will combine sessions that focus on critical soft skills as well as the technical skills you’ll need to develop into a trusted and successful Tech Consultant.  You’ll join us in one of our Dublin offices on your first day and we will run an intense 5-week training programme with you, predominantly in person learning every day where possible, to give you our full attention and have you ready to rock as soon as possible.  All training will help you get the all-round skills for success, but it will be your experience that will really make the difference, which is why the variety of live project work we’ll give you will be so important. We are also dedicated to your continued learning, which means it doesn’t stop after week 5. We will provide you with a training plan that will guide you through the full Analyst programme and turn you into the Technology Consultant you were made to be. Where You'll Work

Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections.  

As a dynamic and constantly evolving business, we love the flexibility of a hybrid working model. However, due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the Ireland and sometimes outside of Ireland. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 1-2 days a week (but up to 5 depending on business and client requirements).

There is an expectation for all graduates to be based within a commutable distance of your assigned office which will be Dublin.
