Our graduate programme is designed to optimise growth opportunities by providing individual careers counsellors, innovative tools, early exposure to clients, and top-rated training and development. Our programme comprises of five highly-flexible career paths; Consulting, Analytics, Business & Technology Integration, Cyber Security and Software Engineering. Each offer unparalleled opportunities to develop expertise with amazing clients, in a broad range of industries.

As part of the:

Analytics stream, you will receive specific training and exposure to develop analytics-based competencies including data management, visualisation, advanced analytics, cognitive computing and analytics strategy.

Consulting stream, you will kick-start your career working with clients to understand and deliver innovative solutions to their unique business problems.

Business & Technology Integration stream, you'll work across and oversee each phase of a project. This stream does not require coding experience, just a passion for technology. This stream is similar in nature to Consulting.

Software Engineering stream, you'll be developing cutting-edge technology and gaining skills across all areas of tech. Some coding knowledge is required.

Cyber Security stream, you'll be helping protect our clients, working on pioneering solutions and gaining experience with industry leading clients.
