Your Role: As a Regional Support Manager, you will join our Centra Sales team in the Munster region. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Training and supporting Retailers to execute our Brand plan to the highest standard.

· Collaborating with Centra Regional Managers to develop the Brand and drive profitable sales.

· Working closely with Retailers on new store openings, store revamps, and improving underperforming stores.

· Delivering and embedding retail excellence, developing and sharing best practices.

· Enhancing fresh food skills and maximizing sales and profit in fresh food.

· Bringing our brand to life by working on cross-functional teams, engaging with retail partners, and acting on feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

· A passion for retail and customer service.

· A third-level qualification in Food-related discipline, Sales, Business, or a related field is an advantage but is not essential

· Experience in retail, particularly in store management or fresh food departments.

· Strong communication and relationship management skills.

· Commercial acumen and value selling skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Full clean driver’s licence is a requirement
