Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client support, troubleshooting technical issues and successful onboarding of new users to the Prommt platform. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their careers in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide ongoing support and training as needed to ensure client proficiency.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer knowledge base, training, and self-sufficiency material.
  • Set up new client accounts, ensuring all required information is accurately entered.
  • Work collaboratively with product in feeding back client queries that could improve the product.
  • Work as part of the client success dept to ensure and enhanced experience throughout the customer journey - onboarding, training, day to day support, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to take on new tasks outside of the day-to-day workload where required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.
